Subjects for Monthly meeting to be held on 20.02.2017 wiih SSPOs, Chittoor Division

OLD ITMES:-

1. Sanction of APM accounts Post at Madanapalle HO.

2. Providing Club room/Dining room at Madanapalle HO. The club room of Madanapalle

   HO dumped with CPC records in emergency at time of records received from CO.

3. Supply of pass book printers to all Sub Post Offices.

4. Supply of Fake currency detector cum counting machines to Sub offices. Till the 

    supply of detector officials may be absolved from receipts of fake currency.

5. Action may kindly taken to improve access/band width of all SOs especially rural  

    areas as finacle access is very slow during  11.30 to 16.30 hours daily. Till such time   

    pressure for  opening of accounts may kindly be  reduced.

6. Abnormal delay in receipts of mails at Bangarupalem S.O. As such despatch of BO   

    bags is getting delayed. Daily receiving 30 minutes delay.

7. Repairs to drainage pipes of Madanapalle HO and water pipes of Ladies room at

    Madanapalle HO.

8 .Kindly cause to supply of new UPS to CTM S.O as power cut is more at CTM. No

    inverter is also available.

9. No service telephone connection is provided to the Prasanthanagar Post office   by the

   department so far. The BSNL authorities are  not giving land phone connections.

   Action may kindly be taken to provide telephone as so many reports has to given to DO

   over phone.

10.Action may kindly be taken to clear the old records from Ladies room of  DO, Chitoor

    .Change of mesh of  windows at Ladies room of DO, Chittoor.

11.Kindly Provide dining table at Ladies Room of Chittoor and Madanapalle HO.

12.  Kindly cause to supply of  (6) Chairs to Chittor HO, 2 chairs each to Chittoor Bazar

     S.O, Iral S.O and Nangamangalam S.O

13.  Kindly cause to supply of Chappals to the Postmen / MTS staff.

14.   Kindly cause to supply Computers/ Printers to HOs/ MDG/LSG offices in place of 

        unservicible and not working ones.

15.   Kindly provide one additional hand and one more computer to all B/C class SOs as

        more number of SB accounts are being opened due to targets fixed. Time required

        for opening of  one account is 15 minutes. Mela was conducted and thousands of 

        multiples accounts were accounted for by the BOs. Single official could not  open

        all the accounts in time.

16.   Kindly cause to supply cash bags to Cash Overseers/ Sorting postmen.

NEW ITEMS:-

1.      ATM at Palamaner MDG not functioning from 8/2016 and ATM of Chittoor HO is not working from 12/2016. Action may kindly taken to repair the ATMs

2.      Pressure is being exerted to open bulk Savings Bank accounts like RD, TD etc., in the single name splitting one  higher denomination as multiple lower denomination accounts. Accordingly our officials are much hardly opening bulk accounts. The instructions were categorically issued by the Directorate vide  letter No.116-26/2015-SB dated 19.06.2015 that splitting of the higher denomination is irregular and should not be put in practice

3.      By obtaining Xerox copy of  signed account opening form, multiple accounts of single person are being opened by the BOs. SPMs are insisting the take the same for opening of accounts in Finacle.

4.      By obtaining passwords of SPMS, accounts are being opened in finacle by others which is highly irregular and against orders of the Directorate orders about  sharing of pass words. Due to this practice frauds may occur.

5.      SBCO posts are vacant at Chittoor HO. One PA of Chittoor HO along with

out sourcing persons are being working. No wages were paid to outsourcing persons for last 4 months. Action may kindly be taken to sanction the wages.

6.      Shifting of Prasanthnagar S.O Building to other place as present building is not suitable for office purpose.
