Sir,

      This is regarding up gradation band width of SIFY net work. As per TCS specification minimum band width required is 2 mbps for offices having 4-6 systems. But the following MDG/ LSG offices (having 5-8 systems) in Chittoor Division are having only 256 kbps band width due to which Finacle and CSI work badly delayed.. Circle office, Vijayawada has given directions to SIFY management to up grade the band width of these offices from 256 kbps to 512 kbps on 16.05.2017. Till  date the same has been not done by SIFY. Hence kindly take up the issue at higher level to resolve the problem.
