OLD ITEMS
1.
Non supply of Uniforms to Postman, Staff.
The PSD,
Guntakal was reminded to supply uniform, in turn the PSD, Guntakal reminded the
PSD, Hyderabad for supply of uniforms. On receipt from PSD, uniforms will be
supplied immediately.
2.
Police protection for remittance of huge cash to SO`s
and Bo`s may be provided.
Whenever cash
is required for NREGS payments, sufficient cash is being supplied to all the
SOs by arranging police escort wherever necessary. No problem is being faced by
the SPMs.
3.
Necessary orders for maintenance and safety measures
for remittance and keeping of
heavy cash at SO`s and BO`s
exceeding authorized limits.
Cash
is being supplied to all the SOs through police escort whenever necessary.
Union suggests drawal of cash from Bank twice instead of once, resulting in
huge accumulation of cash at SOs. The suggestion of the union is accepted in
principle.
4.
Supply of chairs to postman staff at Madanapalle HO and
Chittoor HO
The item was
already closed in the last monthly meeting. This will be considered depending upon funds position.
5.
Grant of permission to engage short duty PA/ Out
Sourcing in place of vacant and
Shortage posts at Palamaner
MDG, A and B class offices.
Permission was
already granted to engage short duty PAs in Vacant posts at Hos, LSG SOs, MDGs
and A Class SOs
6.
Supply of inverters to all offices.
The RO was
again requested for supply of inverters to B- class offices during the year
2014-15, as sufficient funds were not allotted during the year 2013.14.
7.
Transfer of POTD machines from SPMs to willing GDS
officials for payment of SS pension payments.
No
representation received from the SPMs regarding their unwillingness to operate
POTD with sufficient reasons.
8.
Upgradation of RAM in old computers at Chittoor HO.
The matter was taken
up with RO. Funds are awaited.
9. Non sanction of
RPLI incentive.
Funds allotted
under PP&SS. Rs.13, 00,000- vide RO Lr. Dtd 27.01.2015. Sanctions are under
issue
10. For cash remittance during
the NREGS /SS payments private agency may be
Engaged as in Banks.
Proposal for
providing security guards for conveyance of cash was submitted to R.O vide this
office letter dtd 08.09.2014. R.O. orders are yet to be received.
10. Non
clearance of unused furniture at Cycle stand. Good furniture may be supplied to
needy Sub offices.
This will be done immediately.
11. Sify
network is working slowly as a results CBS work get delayed at CTR HO
and
in Some SOs Sify
network is not working.
The Sify site
Engineer corrected the problems on 20-01-2015. SPMs/PMs are directed to raise
tickets whenever such issues arise.
12. Supply of
Dot matrix printers to Chittoor HO.
The matter was taken up with R.O.
One Printer will be purchased locally to reduce the problem at the counter.
14. Supply of new Systems to NPO, Mails section and Accounts
branch at Chittoor HO.
Replacement will
be done on receipt of new supplies.
15. AMC to Computers/ UPS/ Generators
Regarding
Genset, the proposal for entering into AMC has already been sent to R.O.
The proposal is
yet to be accepted.
16. Withdrawal of payment of SS payments through
authentication of VRO /BPMs.
The BPMs has no
responsibility over payments made on authentication of VROs. The BPMs has to
verify the photos available in pass book of beneficiaries before making entries (Item Closed)
17. Creation of GDS posts at Kanipakam SO (GDS MP II),
Doddipalle BO (GDS MD)
etc.
Latest
statistics of Kanipakam SO will be examined.
18. Non attending to repairs to POTD machines
New POTD
machines are being replaced (Item Closed)
19. Revision of allowances to BPMs who completed targets.
All SDHs were
instructed to submit statistics of all the BPMs in the Division including SSP
payments for revision of TRCA. Statistics are awaited from the SDHs.
This will be
done on priority basis.
20. Nonpayment of PLI incentive (Sri.V.Sudharkar Naidu,
Smt.T.Mohana, Sri.P.Balaji
etc., submitted
bills but not yet sanctioned. )
Pending at
Circle office, Hyderabad. CO will be requested again
New Items:
01. As
per establishment rolls in Chittoor HO and Madanapalle HO are having full
strength but physically both the HOs are running with acute shortage of staff
due to permanent deputation to either other offices/ higher posts. Hence the staff
is bitterly suffering due to heavy work. Therefore the staff may be reback to
original posts/ alternate arrangements may be made.
The problem will be solved during
rotational transfer/ new recruitment
02. Sanction
of PRI (P) post at Chittoor HO and APM a/cs posts at Madanapalle HO.
The matter will be taken up with
the RO, Kurnool on obtaining latest statistics
03. Sanction
of cash handling allowance to all SPMs.
Cash handling
allowance will be granted to Treasurers only. However, Special pay for handling
/ custody of cash by SPMs will be granted @ Rs.20/- to Rs.35/- p.m. depending
upon amount of cash handled per day. Statistics will be called for as required
suitably.
04. Revision
of allowances of GDS MDs at Chittoor HO.
Latest statistics were sent to the
ASP, Chittoor North Sub Dn. for verification and they are awaited. On receipt
of the same, the case will be examined.
05. Non
supply of pay slips to GDS employees.
Postmaster, Chittoor HO /Madanapalle
HO will be instructed to supply pay slips to GDS every month.
06. All
the SPM/ GDS BPM are suffering with opening of Rs.10/- denomination RD a/cs.
Daily harassing over phone to complete daily targets of opening of RD a/cs.
The SPMs/BPMs
are instructed to get open new accounts by motivating public.
07. Social
Security payments are being ordered to distribute at places other than office
premises in urban areas. Regular customers are complaining for dislocation of
services. Suitable arrangements may be made.
This is under
examination.
08. SS
payments were not equally distributed to all offices including BOs at Urban
areas. For example Madanapalle HO was allotted SS pension payments but later
all the pension payments directed to Madanapalle Bazar SO. Likewise Chittoor
Collectorate/ Chittoor North SOs were also not allotted pension payments. Hence
pension payments may be evenly distributed.
This is under examination.
