Some hints to reduce receiving missent letters:

              Please   make   error entry on  receipts of  missent  registered / speed post letters /Parcels  immediately and communicate the same to RMS. If you do this  for two months,  it reduce the receipts of missent letters and also help in  delivery of  the letters intime.
