Sub:- CBS problems –Reg
It is came to the
notice of this union, that finacle is not working properly since 15 days. There
is frequent hindrance in connectivity. Most of the SPMs are staying late nights to attend the regular
work. In these circumstances, it is taking more than 30 minutes to open a new
account. Recently speaking order has been issued by the administration to open
various new accounts by giving targets. The SPMs are struggling to open the new accounts in
present scenario on non access of finacle.
In addition to this problems, another speaking order has also
been issued to book e MOs of Re.1/-(Rupee One Only) by opening targets. Due to this
action the SPM has to book 100 to 300 MOs every day and 100 to 500 new accounts
opening in addition to regular work. It is not possible to complete the work
within stipulated time frame.
Finacle is not accessible even for 3 hours
especially in rural areas. In the
present circumstances kindly withdraw speaking orders to book hundred of
e- MOs with Re.1/- and opening of hundreds
of new accounts till CBS problems are rectified.
