Sub: -   Slow or non connectivity to Finacle Server and unscientific targets fixed by the administration and harassment to operational staff for achieving the targets-Reg

It has brought to the notice of this union that the divisional administration, Chittoor division had issued two speaking orders for opening of all types of new accounts and booking of Rs.1/- eMOs by the all post offices in the division and fixed targets to the post offices in the division.

I invite your kind attention to the issues raised by the staff side regarding the problems faced by the staff consequent up on implementation of CBS and Mc.Camish, which were not yet addressed by the department and still the connectivity to Finacle server is in a snail’s pace. There are many issues like non tallying of balances of the accounts with Sanchaya post and Finacle, and slow or non connectivity to Finacle server and non migration of accounts from Sanchaya post to Finacle to be attended on priority basis and streamline the accounts and balances in post offices. Instead of attending the above work on priority basis, divisional administration is pressurising the staff to open all types of accounts in the post offices by fixing the unscientific targets. Besides this booking  of Rs.1/- eMOs by all the post offices is another issue, which cannot be fixed as a target. It is nothing but manipulation.

Therefore, it is requested to immediate intervention in to the matter and cause to issue necessary instructions to the divisional administration not to harass the staff in the name of unscientific targets.

An early action in this regard is highly solicited.
