Respected Sir,
Sub:- Nonpayment of salary/pension
for the month of March 2016-reg.
It is
came to the notice of this union that salary for the month of March 2016 has
been not paid till today to the officials/pensioners whose salary/pension is being paid through POSB accounts at Chittoor HO and its Sub
Offices. As per existing rules it is mandatory to effect payment of salaries/pensions on the last date
of the month and in the month of March payments will be made on 1st
of April.
But
unfortunately salary for the month of March 2016 not paid till 4th
April 2016. When enquired about the same
with the Postmaster, Chittoor HO, he told that HSA is not available and HSA has
been directed to Bangarupalem as per DO, Chittoor Orders. Hence kindly
instruct the HSA to upload the salary/ pension for the month of March 2016 immediately.
