(3) Suppression of RPLI premium.

(4) fraudulent / forgery of SB / RD withdrawal.

(5) Failure to supervize the work of GDS MD by GDS BPM.

(6) Shortage of Cash.

(7) Fraudulent payment of Money Orders.
