                                Sub:- Conducting Training on Sundays-reg.

                                Ref:- 1.This Union Lr.No. AIPEU/General/dlgs/2016 dated 11.03.2016.

                                          2.SSPOs, Chittoor Lr.No.M&C/PMU dated 15.03.2016

                                With reference to the SSPOs, Chittoor letter dated it is submitted that this Union has requested not to conduct Change of management training on  13.03.2016 and 20.03.2016 which are Sundays. Directorate also ordered not to conduct training and melas on Sundays and holidays vide letter no…..If it  is  not possible C off may kindly be granted.

                                In reply,  SSPOs, Chittoor has made the following orders. “ C off to the extent of time engaged in training may be given on application”

                             In this connection it is submitted that the above orders did not communicated to the leave sanctioning authorities so far. Hence it is requested  to kindly communicate the above orders to the leave sanctioning authorities
